these days easy ship charges falls weight charges . my one product weight is 1200 gm . i put shame when i scheduled a order . after some day i received a mail for weight discrepancy . in report shows my product weight is 26 kg and charged me 720 easy ship charge . easy ship charged value is greater than my product mrp. i raised issue many times for this but not received a any resolution. i send a more than 70 images on weighting scale every possible angle . i read a term and conditions for a submitting a right images carefully and submitted images accordingly . but my appeal rejected . i do this process many time but my issue not resolve yet
