Request to add the beneficiary owner you registered on Companies House

I am stuck in the registration process as I keep getting emails from amazon saying I need to add the beneficiary owner registered on companies house. I have done this but I keep receiving the same email. On our companies house profile, we have 1 active beneficial owner and one ceased beneficial owner. Could they be asking for the information on the ceased beneficial owner even though it is registered with companies house that he is no longer one?
