Request for Urgent Resolution Regarding Account Restriction Due to Inactive GST

This is a follow-up regarding Case ID: 11347482172.
I am a long-time seller on the Amazon.in marketplace since 2015, working in the Educational Printed Books and Home & Improvement categories. Recently, I encountered a critical issue: my account has been restricted and I stopped receiving orders from 11th July 2025, due to an inactive GST number.
Background:
My account is registered with my PAN (in my name).
I had mistakenly added my late father's GST number under the "Manage Tax Details" section.
That GST was suspended on 07th July 2025, as it was never surrendered after his passing in 2021.
On 11th July 2025, my account was blocked without prior warning or official communication.
Despite receiving confirmation from Amazon that "Your Seller Central account is active", I am still not receiving orders and believe there is a technical block due to the GST issue.
Actions Taken:
I have applied for a new GST registration in my own name on 24th July 2025.
Acknowledgement Reference Number (ARN) has been successfully generated.
I expect to receive the new GST within 5–15 working days, and I will update it in Seller Central immediately.
My Request:
Please temporarily reinstate my account functionality so I can continue selling.
I have built this business with dedication and am fully committed to compliance. Please help me unblock my account and resume normal operations at the earliest.

I was able to review the case ID you provided here, and do see our team sent further instruction on updating your GSTIN registration number for the state from where you are selling your products and opting into E-invoicing. You can see this FAQ for some further information on the program, but please let me know if the steps provided by support in your case do help you resolve the issue!
