Urgent: Amazon.in Account Linked to Amazon.com - Need Help Resolving

Hello Amazon Seller Community,

I am reaching out for urgent assistance with an issue involving my Amazon.in account, which has been linked to my Amazon.com account. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, the issue persists, and both accounts remain suspended.

Background

Account Linking Issue: My Amazon.com account was linked to an inactive Amazon.in account, which we no longer wish to use. This linking has resulted in the suspension of both accounts under Section 3 of Amazon's policies.

Previous Attempts: We have submitted all necessary documentation to support our business legitimacy, but our appeals have been rejected without a thorough review of our case.

Attempt to Merge Accounts: We also tried to merge both accounts to consolidate our operations under a single account, but this option was not available to us.

Request for Assistance

We kindly request assistance in:

Separating the Accounts: Ensure that our Amazon.com account is completely separated from the inactive Amazon.in account.

Deleting the Amazon.in Account: Assist us in deleting the Amazon.in account, as we no longer intend to use it.

Reactivating the Amazon.com Account: Reactivate our Amazon.com account to prevent further business disruption.

We are committed to complying with Amazon's policies and operating in good faith. Any guidance or support from the community would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your attention and assistance.

Sincerely,

UniqueTrends73

Hello @Seller_PZSCJv2MvkShA

I'm Diego, thanks for posting on the forum

Unfortunately, I don't know which documents were rejected but, when there is a correlation between two accounts, and this is confirmed, the only way to reactivate the account is to resolve the violation that blocked it (in this case in the US market) or to prove that there is no longer a relationship between the two accounts.

I hope I helped you,

Thanks, Diego
