Removing unauthorized listings from brand registered ASINs

What is the best way to remove unauthorized sellers from a brand registered ASIN? We are conducting test buys, but experiencing new "just launched" sellers hopping on the ASIN at a steady rate. We manufacture our own products and do not sell wholesale or work with any distributors.

Same here.

Even if you successfully report them, they will create a new store a couple of days later.

I have been test buy many times already, and they just never stop.

Amazon will just ask you to report them and then won't do anything about this. If reporting works and can stop them, why do we need to post it here?

Hello @Seller_mp3bDT10J0A76,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager team and I am happy to try and assist the best I am able to.

As @Seller_zxIwK2VkhsXEqmentioned, I will tell you to continue to report them because that is what is required if you are wanting to have the offer removed. I have provided the specifics and reasons how and why on this POST where I have been giving suggestions.

Ultimately, if you are trying to state that a sellers offer needs to be removed because of an IP violation, you will need to provide proof of that violation and report it accordingly (in Brand Registry if you are enrolled or via the public notice form from the Report Infringement page).

If you are reporting that another seller is violating the seller code of conduct, then you can provide that detail in the Report Abuse link in your account health dashboard.

I also strongly recommend that you review the Intellectual Property for Rights Owners help page, specifically the section "Reporting Infringement." This provides specific detail in what you should be including in your submission. And/or the Seller University video imbedded in the Report intellectual property infringements help page.

The above resources provide best practices and what you should ensure are included in your report.

Please let me know if you have any other questions, we are here to help where and as much as we can.

Best, Dougal
