How to change the shipping charge to zero?
I keep seeing items with a featured price of xyz+0.00 for the shipping. I am assuming somehow you can et your product to have free shipping. I've looked everywhere in the settings and manage products page but the only thing I am seeing is the option to change the base price of the product, nothing that includes changing the shipping price. I feel incredibly daft right now! I just want to offer free shipping for my products! I understand with books there is the set 3.99 but for other items I could have sworn there was a page when originally creating the listing that included an option to set the shipping price.

you need a pro account to offer free shipping. If you have one, it will be in your shipping settings, you need to create a template
