Yes, I could understand your concern, I am facing the same. But, their is no such solution because, amazon has its own policies in favour of buyer’s. Seller even can’t control their own account with their own acceptances. Sellers can not do anything regarding fake orders or reimbursement.

As per seller support, there was a threshold of 8 percent until November 8th 2022 (no communication provided) and only orders above the threshold gets reimbursed! So Amazon purposely creates so called fake test orders to verify the weight & dimensions, ship the order to fake addresses and make it look like customer reject & undeliverable! And seller doesnt gets reimbursement for all orders! So technically orders below 8 percent is a charity or scam?

You are so right. Amazon is quick at deducting money but when it comes to reimbursements, we need to keep tracking it and following up with seller support. Even after follow-ups when they provide the details, theres no bifurcation of the amount. It just says “Others” as if it’s a pocket money being given to us. Its a shame how such a big entity is working in a unprofessional manner.
