i am selling books from the last thirty years and fifteen years on amazon. Some of the Invoices for the Books are older than 365 days . When a seller is selling books from last fifteen year there are instanses that Books don't sell that fast . There are some books which I listed Books in FBA five years back. If an asins is not replenished in 365 days . So what will happen next ?

It's just an issue if Amazon asks to see the invoice. They only recognize invoices from within the last year, which seems pretty ridiculous to me. In the event that they ask to see an invoice and you don't have one that is within the last 365 days, I really don't know what happens. I guess they just won't accept a legitimate invoice for proof because it was over 365 days.

Have you actually been asked for invoices for used books, if that is what you are selling?
Just yesterday I sold a book that had been in inventory since 2017, on another venue.
What if Amazon had asked me for an invoice for books that may have been in inventory for several years?
Bezos started with Amazon with books, easily obtained, easy to ship, and appealing to a certain demographic.
This was a wise thing to do at the time, but Amazon is neglecting its roots, which is kind of sad.

We always thought it was just a ploy created by Jeff Bezos to get sellers from offering the product on his site.
As @Seller_DdmPiA1p1S2Wusaid, it is ridiculous. Every retail store has products on their shelves that has sat there for more than 235 days. Even Amazon itself has products in stock that they are selling that ae over 365 days old, so they could not even meet their own standards.
This quirk/problem was created by some one that had absolutely no knowledge of how the retail sales trade business actually works.
We have found that sending the outdated older invoices from the publisher does solve the situation. If you cannot provide then because you are selling one offs used, simply sell on eBay.

As @Seller_DdmPiA1p1S2Wu has stated, the 365 day range is a part of the document requirements when it comes to invoices. If you need to appeal a violation using invoices outside of this date range, you may be able to submit a written explanation along with the invoice itself explaining why you have not made any new orders for the product within the required date range, and how the items on this invoice has been used to fulfill the subsequent orders.

Can't speak for OP but YES this is exactly what seller support does when they misplace used books, they request invoices.
