Product Safety Issue, Compliance requirements for your product listings
I have been having the problem of misdetection of my product originating from the Amazon system for about 2 weeks.
My product is a lunch cooler bag, and in the e-mail I received, it says that my product is a Children's product. And in the account health, "policy compliance" under the page has received a warning. My product has nothing to do with any children. Although I emailed the seller support many times, they didn't offer me a solution. They deleted my products and my list. I think there is a problem with your system and it perceives lunch cooler bag as children's product. Please fix this issue. My case numbers are: 12671563521 and 12691180401 I am waiting for urgent solution from you.

Hi, I am facing the same problem with the Product Safety Issue which resulted in the deactivation of my account. I already deleted and removed the listing but still the warning is there. I'm confused now about what else I need to submit because I already submitted the documents they are asking for to prove my ownership. This is my case number 2807804851. Same issue for me, mine is a kitchen product and is a non-children, kitchen storage category and product compliance said I am backpack! The problem is after it took me 1 month to kept explaining and eventually I got my listing back - guess what? I got delisted AGAIN 2 months later with the EXACT SAME ISSUE! The product compliance / child-safety department were so pathetic that they won't listen and they won't even honor what their colleagues have done in the past.
