My brand and GTIN exemption on Amazon have been hacked/stolen. Zero help from seller/brand support.

As a result of this Hack, over 3,000 of our SKU's have been blocked by Amazon Bots. Images removed and warning states that GTIN's don't match the product, but the listings were made under our GTIN exemption as they are bulk packs and bundles. (We have LOA's from all of our suppliers.) We will have to remake all the listings again if we can ever find an Amazon rep that knows what is happening here and takes the time to help us remove this hacker and return our brand and exemption to us..

Calls & emails have been extensive to no avail. We even had to figure out ourselves that our "MPP" brand on Amazon has been stolen and Amazon "SS" reps keep copying and pasting the same non-applicable responses.

We did get to a Brand Support rep that told us we have to get permission from the administrator to list under "MPP" brand with our GTIN exemption. I told her over and over that I am the administrator and have had that title, with approval since 2021. She finally told me that I am no longer the administrator and hung up on me :-(

Case numbers are as follows:

15974184801

15977404161

15978972361

Mods... Please help us rectify this issue and help us get our Brand and GTIN exemption back to "working" as it was from 2021 to a month ago. Yes, we've been trying for a month with no help from support.

Hi there @Seller_p4aHGJV2iziFh

I took a look at case 15974184801 for a starting point! Do you have any cases where the GTIN exemption was given for this ASIN so that I can take it to the team? I do see that in the backend there is a UPC for the product that appears to be contributed from your end. Was that done when you set the ASIN up?
