We’re sharing our experience as a serious caution to fellow sellers. Our decision to join Amazon Launchpad and Amazon Business Advisory (ABA) services has turned into a complete nightmare, both financially and operationally.
Here’s the harsh reality we faced:
Sales Declined: Since joining, our sales have dropped and are still falling. What was sold to us as a "growth accelerator" ended up slowing down our business.
Ads Performance Crashed: Our advertising ROI was consistently above 5x before joining. After starting these services, it has never crossed 2.5x—wasting ad spend and reducing profitability.
Blocked High-Performing SKUs: Right after joining, our best-selling SKUs were blocked. Despite raising concerns, the assigned agent did absolutely nothing to help resolve it.
Only 1 Calls a Week – Full of Generic Advice: You're promised "ongoing brand support", but all you get is two weekly calls filled with basic, widely known tips like using bullet points, A+ content, or brand story—things that most sellers already have in place.
Expensive, Useless Fees: We’re being charged weekly advisory fees, yet there is zero value delivered. Essentially, we're paying for templated advice and unchecked boxes.
No Exit, No Response: We've been requesting cancellation for over a week, and no one has even responded. Meanwhile, the fees keep getting deducted.
Over ₹3,00,000+ Lost: Between Launchpad and ABA services, we've paid a huge amount with nothing to show for it. It feels like a trap built to serve Amazon's internal targets, not its sellers.

Never enroll in these services if your monthly sales are ₹3 lakhs or more.
Instead, learn from YouTube, educate yourself, and invest your time into your own business.
Because no one will care more about your success than YOU do.
These agents are only here to hit their internal sales and support metrics, not to grow your brand.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am sorry to read you had such a bad experience with Launchpad and ABA and I would like to help in any way that I can.
I do appreciate you posting your experience here and hopefully it does allow other sellers to review their own situations before signing up with either program to ensure it is the right thing for them and their business.
I am curious, have you been able to cancel or have been having continuing discussions with those teams? If not, I can try and bridge a connection to open that communication. I would need something like a case ID to reference all the info I need to escalate this (most of the info will be proprietary so I do not want you to put it here in the Forums).
If you have already been able to cancel and you do not need assistance with that, I will say that I am happy to provide any assistance or general guidance as you get you business back to peak performance. This will not come at any cost and I am here to engage with the community and to try and make your Seller experience more positive.
