I am in the same boat but not quite as long. I submitted everything on the 2nd January. It stated it can take up to 10 working days. I have nearly 2k unavailable to me and unable to send FBA stock in. Very, very frustating. Let me know how you get on.

I am in the same position as you. Even the "specialist" team reviewing my information haven't come back to me. My account has been suspended since December 23rd. I sent over all of the needed verification documents but still nothing.

We're in a similar position with facing lengthy delays on our verification process despite having provided everything that has been asked for. Any attempt for an update from seller support just gets answered with being told to wait longer. The last progress was 30th Jan, when we uploaded documents, but no progress since then. It seems to me like such a straight forward process to check the information we've provided against that which is visible on Companies House, I can't understand why it's taking 6+ weeks to move forward. Are you able to help?
