When can we get the Buy box again?
Hello,
We lost our buy box for all the items 7 days ago,We believe it is influenced by two A to Z guarantee claims,But our Order Defect Rate is under 1%,it is obviously Amazon has a hidden mechanism,as long as the A to Z exceeds 0.5%, your entire store will lose buy box. This is simply unfair to third-party sellers who sell summer products. We don't have enough orders on winter to support the a to z claims, even if there are only two a to z, it will still exceed 0.5%.And even if your ODR recovers to 0%, Amazon will not immediately restore your buy box because they replied that the buy box is automatically refreshed by the system, and you can only wait, which is a very frustrating system.
Please let us know is there any other way besides waiting?We opened a case which ID is 14792901391,but we all know the result is copied answers,When can we get the Buy box again?Anyone can help us and know what should we do?
