Thank you for providing the details on where your on-time delivery rate metric is at. I know it can be concerning when it is off target as this may trigger the 'at-risk' banner to appear on your account health page, so I do want to provide some insight to assist in alleviating these concerns.

When the metric goes off target, our system will generate messaging to inform you so that you may monitor and review the orders impacted. This messaging does not mean that action is going to be required unless otherwise stated. If there was information needed, they would go ahead and provide a performance notification in addition to there being a 'submit appeal' button on the previously mentioned banner.

There is no definitive timeline for how long the metric can be off target before our team requests more information, so we do advise on attempting to address whatever the concern is as soon as you have identified it. Once you have resolved the concern, the recommendation will be to monitor the metric until it returns to normal.

On-time delivery rate does look at a rolling window of 14 days, so you will need to monitor until the currently impacted orders are no longer within the current window. The metric should return to normal as they drop out of range if there are no additional orders that are on the report. Otherwise, you will want to continue to monitor the metric as it fluctuates. For more information, we encourage you to check out this thread for frequently asked questions.

We do encourage you to continue to refer to this thread if you have any additional questions or updates concerning your specific situation.

Best,

Atlas
