Policy warning violation - Parallel Import
Hello Amazon community.
A month ago, I received a Policy Warning Violation from the brand Owner claiming I am doing Parallel Import.
In the original notification there is stated the following:
"
Have your listings been removed in error?
If you have never sold or listed the product, please reach out to us and tell us.
If you think that the rights owner has made an error in sending the notice, please reach out to the rights owner and ask for a retraction of the notice. To retract the complaint, the rights owner must send the retraction to us at notice-retraction@amazon.es or use the retraction function in Brand Registry.
"
In my case, I have listed the products, but I never sold any unit in the Amazon marketplace. Can I use this to remove the policy warning from my account?
Thank you in advance

Hi @Ramora Store,
Based off your post, I understand you are dealing with parallel imports issues.
You state "I have listed the products, but I never sold any unit in the Amazon marketplace. Can I use this to remove the policy warning from my account?"
To answer your question here, the wording of the notification is stating that both conditions need to be met (never sold and never listed the product) in order to submit the written explanation.
While you may be able to still submit an explanation regarding your situation, you are more likely to have more success by providing any authorization documents since the product was listed. These documents would vary depending on the marketplace in which the violation appears. Another option you may have is to request a retraction from the rights owner. These retractions would need to come from the rights owner directly to Amazon in order to be accepted. You can find further information regarding parallel imports here.
Please continue to reach out the community for further assistance.
