Late Dispatch
We have opted for Easy ship. We got 1 orders on 28 October 2023, which was packed & ready to dispatch on same day i.e. 28 october 2023, But pickup date was 31st October 2023. On 31st October We received one call from Amazon help desk asking us whether courier boy came to pickup or not. whether product is ready for pickup or not. But no courier person came for pickon 31st October. I reported the event to Amazon Help desk. Then Only the Pickup boy came for pickup on Nov 1 2023, and pickup completed.Product was ready on 28t h October 2023 well before the 31st October (Dispatch time was more than 36 hours that’s why I got 50% late dispatch rate. It should max by 2.0%
