My Brand name changed and listing got hijacked by another brand
Hello, I've been selling with this listing for over a year. Suddenly the brand name changed, product description and bullet points all changed. This brand that hijacked my listing sells in the "garden and outdoors" category and I sell in "beauty and personal care" so i don't see any reason for them to hijack my listing. This has to be a glitch on amazons end. First my listing got hijacked by "VERSAINSECT" and then it got hijacked by "SUAVEC". If you search these brands on amazon, you can see that many other listings got hijacked by then which are in completely different categories. Seller support told me to dump this ASIN and start fresh which is absolutely ridiculous. It took me over a year to build this listing up with keyword ranking and stacking organic ranking and reviews and I'm being told to start fresh. This is extremely frustrating. Any and all help is highly appreciated. Any mod that could escalate this would be a life save. Please help.

Hello @Seller_DRUAF9AiKCVQL,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I wanted to check in to see if you are still experiencing this issue? I was able to find the ASIN in question and see that the Brand Name has been changed back to the one that was provided at ASIN creation.
Did this solve the concern you raised here?
Happy to help wherever I can.
Best, Dougal

Please review the Apply to sell a product, category, or brand Seller University video
Unfortunately, that help page doesn't tell me how to apply to for a brand that I am already able to sell.
