Amazon Multiple Accounts Policy
I own multiple small brands.
Each brand has it's own unique LLC, EIN, bank account, and products in different niches (example, supplements, sports/outdoors, baby, and home/kitchen).
All LLC's share the same business address and same primary contact (me).
Question 1. Would these multiple separate seller accounts be allowed?
Question 2. What happens if you have 2 brands in the same niche. Example a brand for knives and a brand for kitchen ladders?

Can I get some mods to answer this question?
I would like written approval in case I run into any issues. Thank you.

Hi @Seller_4HaNDbfs1w2Ft,
Looking at the Seller Code of Conduct (link), having multiple accounts is allowed when you have a "legitimate business need." The policy specifically mentions that owning "multiple brands and maintain[ing] separate businesses for each" is a valid reason.
There are a couple of things to keep in mind though. The policy states that all your accounts need to be in good standing - if one account has issues, Amazon might temporarily deactivate all of them until everything's resolved. Also, you'll need to get approval before opening additional accounts in the same region.
About your question regarding two brands in the same product niche - I've looked through the help pages but couldn't find specific guidance on this. You might want to check with Seller Support when applying for your multiple account exception (link) to make sure everything's set up correctly.
Hope this helps clarify things! Let me know if you have any other questions.
Best regards, Michael
