EC Declaration of Conformity
One of my products has a compliance notification and needs an EC Declaration of Conformity uploaded.
I have uploaded a signed DoC along with signed testing report which signs of the safety of our product. I have also provided clear images of our packaging. Yet seller support continue to reply with the same copy paste message which is vague and is not explaining why they are rejecting it. Last time it mentioned unclear image to which I have provided clear images and they still send the same message.
It's getting EXTREMELY frustrating as I'm edging closer to the submission date. Please help.
