Your Amazon seller account has been temporarily suspended due to non compliance with INFORM Consumers Act

My account has been temporarily suspended because the INFORM Act Tax Verification process haven't been done. In this case, I must say that the reason why I couldn't finish this process is the country selection button does not have a United States button. My LLC is registered in the Wyoming/U.S. In the tax questionnaire, all the selections are automatically filled such as my name and U.S adress, but as I said the country selection button does not have a U.S option.
I kept in touch with seller support since i got the first INFORM Act notification, told them what happened. They replied:
''We would like to inform you that if you have been experiencing issues with the tax questionnaire. An error occurred where US sellers were asked to submit a new tax questionnaire as part of requirements for the INFORM Act. If your business is registered in the US, Amazon has already verified your tax information and you do not need to fill out the questionnaire again. Your Account Health and Account Information pages will be updated to reflect this in the coming days.
Note: If you have already completed verification for the required information, you won’t be required to do it again, as long as your information hasn’t changed.''
This situation is urgent and I will be waiting for your reply.

Sellers operating in the US will typically have their information automatically populated. Since your information has been auto-populated, the US option as your country selection has already been verified internally.
Therefore, you simply need to follow the workflow, upload your tax ID, and submit the information for verification.
