Request to Sync Orders from Amazon to Separate Shopify Stores by Brand
I operate two brands under one business name and a single EIN. Each brand has its own Shopify store, and both are Fulfilled by Merchant. I’d like Amazon orders for each brand to sync directly to their respective Shopify stores so it's easier to manage and view orders separately by brand.
Can you advise on how to set this up properly?

- First, add or install the CedCommerce Amazon Channel in the Sales Channels section of your Shopify store.
- Link your Amazon store account to Shopify—you’ll find the steps in CedCommerce.
- Once your account is successfully linked, you'll see a 'Product Linking' option in CedCommerce, where you can connect your FBM listings.

Yes, exactly — in each Shopify store, you can select only the Amazon FBM listings that belong to that brand. When you go into the Product Linking section in CedCommerce, it will show your active Amazon listings, and you can manually link just the relevant ones to that store’s catalog.
That way, each Shopify store will only receive orders for its own products, keeping everything organized by brand.
