You are obviously a new seller. So, from the beginning learn that for selling on Amazon you need patience. Seller support explained you anything, and that was more than they do normally. No human can intervene in the receiving process, that works all automatically. So, be patient like we all and wait for the products to become available.
But - as they say, your products are under "Reserved", the customers see them and can buy them.
