Buyer complaint 'Inauthentic' Account Suspended Its a Mistake not a Fraud, Is there anybody to listen
What is wrong with Amazon, you just think sellers are doing only fraud, We are super human ?
It is not a fair thing, we spent our all things here for business and amazon block the things without even think about sellers. We are not here for entertainment, if i am doing business here then my whole things and needs depends upon this business. What will I do if someone from my near & dear ask What happen?
My account is suspended, I submitted my POA 4 times but amazon team always sends me a auto generated same message every time, that please send us a POA (with same requirements).

The Issue that caused the complaint
• The Performance Notification referenced a customer complaint that stated: …I find product to be fake not original…
• Customer received a product of a brand that is not as per the description.
• I sent my own branded products that’s why customer replied that it is not as described.
What we have done to fix the problems
• We have already removed this ASIN & all other similar listings from our catalogue. We are happy to cell our own listings and products.
• We strictly focus on our branded products. We list only our brand products and its images. Products also having tags of our brand name printed.
• We have dedicated stock for Amazon and list only what we have in stock.
• We are insuring & implemented the things so that our brand name will be printed and pasted on our products clearly and it will be visible on images of our listings.
• We have trained our managements and educated our staff about all the things.
• We guided our staff to monitor our performance metrics to assure we are meeting the standards set by Amazon and our own standards of quality customer service.
• Sourcing: We are working with some trusted supplier and manufacturers for our products, they manufacture our products as per our requirements and guidelines. We have completed more than 25 years in our work so better knows about these products, quality, its variations etc.
• Listing: We are improving inventory descriptions, Images quality etc. to meet buyer’s expectations and for being more transparent. From now we are not listing any product without 100% description.
• Packaging: Our all products are packed with original, safe & allowed packaging materials. Umbrellas are with extra Corrugated sheets (inner side) protecting it during shipping. For Bags, boxes and allowed polybags are used as outer packaging materials. Inner packaging is with company packaging materials.
• Shipping: We inspect every product before shipping. We have gone through all our inventory and have taken out all items that show any signs of damage, defectiveness or do not look in brand new condition. This has ensured all products are ‘new’ as described on the detail page and that the customer receives exactly what is listed.
What we have done to prevent the problems from happening again in the future
• As we have removed all similar and partially described inventories from our account so in future customer will never get confused about the product.
• Our products and its images have brand name printed or pasted on it. So it is visible for customer when he /she will visit our listings. Things will be transparent and there will not be any ambiguity.
• We are fully limiting our listings for our own brand only and the product detail page will reflect all the things about products so customer will better know the brand and style of our brand and products.
We sell good quality products of our brand, its packing are up to the requirement. Believe us we are ethical seller and very serious in selling with AMAZON.IN.
I am selling from last 10 month, never a single buyer made any complaint like this, but I will take care from my side. We promise similar complaints will not happen again.

Let’s file a sue in competition commission of india.
I have sent POA 8 times and they are asking me to provide the legal Authorization letter, of my supplier from whom I purchase the goods to sell on amazom, to he is authorised to sell you.
The supplier asking me to come through court for that evidence, someone should ask Amazon why someone will provide me his Authorization letter as it not mandated by any law in force to make it public.

It is a mistake because you got caught. If you would not have gotten caught that mistake would have kept on happening. And after selling on Amazon for years I really don’t believe that this was the time you made a “MISTAKE” and got your account suspended. I think the “MISTAKE” happened quite a few times and now you just got caught. Amazon doesn’t suspend accounts over one complaint understand that. They got a few complaints about your “MISTAKE” and that’s what lead to this situation.
And even now instead of accepting your shitty business practices and working towards betterment, you are blaming the world and not yourself so obviously, you haven’t learnt shit. Hence you can see that in your POA.
Step 1. Accept you F**ked up
Step 2. Why you will not do it again
Step3. What steps you will take to make sure that the same “MISTAKE” will not happen again.
Stop calling it a MISTAKE to start with nobody is a child here.
