DEBT AND FAILING BUSINESS - AMAZON WON'T DO ANYTHING

Sellers, I am writing to you in desperation, seeking your urgent help. My small business is on the verge of shutting down due to an overlapping bulk order discount issue that has resulted in our entire inventory being purchased for £0. - One was scheduled at the end of another so they had a couple of hours where they both were active by mistake.

If this critical situation is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to close my business, leaving me unable to sustain my livelihood or support my family. I have invested countless hours, significant financial resources including debt, and immense effort into building this company over the years. The debt I have incurred hangs precariously over my head, and if this issue is not rectified, I will be unable to make ends meet or provide a roof over my children's heads next month.

if they were despatched how long ago were the orders sent by amazon.

This forum is for sellers not Amazon so you won't get an answer from them I'm afraid.

Were these orders fulfilled by yourself or FBA? If the former have you dispatched the orders, if not would your account withstand the defects if you cancelled the orders.

I feel extremely sorry for your predicament, but you need to understand that no-one here can resolve your problems - we are all just other sellers and do not have access to your account, and whilst occasionally a forum moderator can pass on issues to the correct team they also do not have the ability to sort out account problems.

No-one here can even begin to advise, but I'll be honest, it does sound as though the error might have been yours, due to incorrect timing ?? - though I may be be wrong as I really know nothing about bulk order discounts.

If all of your products are FBA, I suggest you delete all from inventory in the meantime. They should then go to stranded inventory while you resolve whatever issue you have with discount. Make sure to look after yourself as this can be depressing...

I have huge sympathy with your predicament but I am sorry to say that this is why I do not do FBA, I do not do Amazon advertising and I do not do bulk or business discounts giving me control over my business and I am happy with my sales levels.

Also with stock control I do not list large amounts of items even if I have huge stocks, it just protects you from any mistake like this.

I hope you can resolve it and save your business.
