Regarding orders cancelled no one is coming for pickup

hi, my name Ajay From Tendrils Naturals. As a new seller, I got 5 orders till date. but due to pathetic services by customer assosciate and pick up team, my orders got cancelled by customer. no one bother to call me for pick up. after so many reminders, no pick ups done. very pathetic service by amazon.

Hi, my name is Paras Badariya from PL BADARIYA TARDERS . I got my 2 order ans was cancelled by the customer dut to pickup not done by pickup team. I am also a new seller. Cancellation charges deducted from my account inspite of pickup team fault. It is very worst experiance and very bad service of Amazon pickup team.

Yes the same Situation for us. order not picked up by their logistics partners, but cancellation fees charged to me for their fault. In fact amazon or their logistics partner should pay us loss of sales.

Did you fill out the form in your easy ship dashboard? Or create a support ticket and ask the amazon team to call you. they will take up the issue on call and help you out. Even will help with removing the late dispatch / cancellation rate for these orders

Raise an ticket and speak to seller central support team, they will ask you to fill the form.

If you have filled up that form, all the charges will get reversed and also there would be no impact on you account health.
