What happened to my rating?
Dear Amazon sellers
Have you ever encountered unfair calculation of item ratings?
I have an item with a total of 11 reviews, 8 out of 5 stars, 2 out of 4 stars and 1 out of 1 star. But Amazon gave me an overall rating of only 3.3 and that one one-star bad review has only ratings and no reviews.
Also it has an unfair percentage of 5 stars 29%, 4 stars 37%, and 1 star 34%, which I think is the main reason for this percentage.
May I ask if you guys have come across this? How was it resolved?
I would appreciate if someone could let me know, thanks!

Not every review/rating has the same importance. If it is coming from a frequent Amazon customer who gives frequent ratings, that rating counts more than a rating from someone who makes 1-2 purchases per year.
Whatever, you cannot change this. Btw: if your tattoo gun doesn't include ink and your description says it does, you have to wait for more 1 stars.
