Urgent: Reinstatement Request for Suspended Amazon Account.

Hi, i'm writing to address a serious issue (account suspension) that i've been facing since last 6 weeks. my amazon account got deactivated with a statement that: "we're unable to verify information regarding your account, selling history and listings" in return, amazon asked for a utility bill which i already submitted but it got rejected despite that it was gueinue and its name and address matches the name and address on seller account.

along with rejection of utility bill, i also received an email which states: "we couldn't reactivate your account and we've found that your account is being engaged in illegal activities" that's something beyond surprising for me. i don't even have an idea, what sort of illegal activities can one do on amazon. i'm just a normal seller like everybody else out there and i firmly beleive, amazon send this message in error or they might have some misunderstanding.

upon receiving this email and upon rejection of my utility bill, i reached out to account health dept and couple of specialists out there suggessted me to come up with more stronger evidences and docouments for amazon to verify my identity. upon their suggestion, i went an extra mile in my second submission and provided a passport, a new utility bill, bank statement and invoice of product that i had sold on amazon so far.

but unfornutely, those docouments also got rejected with no specific reason and no official email from amazon. i had already provided enough docoumentations for amazon to verify my account and identity but still, nothing worked out. even though, i'm not a new seller and its been quite longer since i'm on amazon US.

asking for verification make sense, incase if i would have recently joined amazon as a seller. but like i said, that's also not the case. a part of that, i also call account health support team 2 times a day relegiously, in order to get more information about what's happening. but unfornutely, they doesn't have any specific idea why amazon rejected my docouments during these two submissions nor did i get answer of, what exactly should i do next?

therefore i'd request below tagged seller support agents, to please raise this concern and acceralate it to concern dept for reactivating my account as i firmly beleive, i must be verified until now, due to all the different documents i submitted. rest assured, that i haven't voilated any policy that caused this suspension and i also ensure my complete dedication to remain in 100% compliance with amazon's policies going forward.kindly let me know if you need any furthur docouments from my end!

i'd love to submit them as long as my account could get recovered. if you do not needed any furthur information, then i'd humbly request for reactivation so i could continue selling, as usual. thank you!
