Starting FBM journey

Hello Seniors.

I hope you all are fine and hearty.

I have been doing FBA since 2022 and after a long journey I am thinking to convert my listings to FBM due to high fee and very low profit margins. I need some suggestions regarding this.

What are the necessary steps I need to take before starting FBM? I am buying directly from wholesalers and verified distributors and Amazon accepts their invoices.

My inventory is shipped to a residential address not my company address. Inventory is prepared and shipped to Amazon warehouse from there. This address has already been added to seller central since the beginning.

Please guide me about what should and what should not be done to run my Amazon FBM journey smoothly.

Thank you.

Hi @Seller_APUgia3EdAZsd, I'm bumping this thread after 24 hours knowing we'll have some FBM sellers ready to weigh in with their experience...

That said, even as an experienced seller but even still I'd recommend going through the Fulfill Customer Orders Directly (MFN) Seller University series to ensure you have all bases covered as you make the switch if you haven't already!
