UPS Not Working with Amazon Buy Shipping via ShipStation — Getting “CAN_NOT_PURCHASE_NO_OFFERS” Error
Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone from the Amazon team or another experienced seller can help.
We’ve been experiencing a serious issue with UPS not working through Amazon Buy Shipping on ShipStation. We recently added a new UPS carrier account to Amazon and set it up as part of our Buy Shipping options. Everything appears fine on Amazon Seller Central — we can successfully buy UPS labels there.
However, in ShipStation, whenever we try to purchase a UPS label via Amazon Buy Shipping, we get the following error:
Requested shipping service was not in the list of eligible shipping services returned by Amazon for this order. (Generic). (400, d29c1a34-8868-4d03-ba61-8567bb6fb01e)
We’ve already:
• Spoken directly with ShipStation’s head of support, who confirmed the issue is coming from Amazon’s end, not theirs.
• Tried removing and reauthorizing UPS in Amazon Buy Shipping settings.
• Attempted toggling the UPS terms & conditions off and back on.
• Verified that other carriers (FedEx, USPS) work fine in Amazon Buy Shipping through ShipStation.
• Confirmed that our Amazon Buy Shipping permissions and API access are still active.
Does anyone please have a fix!!!!

Hi @Seller_89tg0ib7BXXue, have you previously been able to use ShipStation? Can you purchase other labels besides UPS?
