How is "ship by date" determined?
Hello! What exactly determines what the ship by date is? I know we typically have 2 days handling, but this is where I am getting confused, see below, two order came in just over an hour apart but have same ship by dates but also say 2 days ago and 1 day ago..thank you!
Order 1: 2 days ago 1/23/24 @ :514 PM PST ship by 1/24-1/25
Order 2: 1 day ago 1/23/24 @ 6:30 PM PST ship by 1/24-1/24

Did the second order have a premium shipping option? Those have to ship same-day no matter what the handling time is set to.
