Someone else is using my GTIN code
Hello everyone,
I have been attempting to list my product since November 2, but I am unable to do so because someone else is using my GTIN codes. The support experience has been frustrating. They have requested various types of documentation, and I have provided everything they asked for, including GS1 certificates, product focus details, and proof of brand ownership. The support ticket has nearly reached 4 pages due to their repeated requests for the same information.
I was advised to report this issue to Amazon as a case of copyright infringement, which I did. However, that department informed me that this is not an issue they handle. I've read through numerous threads here, but none seem to offer a solution without the intervention of a forum authority.
