A to Z Claim? What else can i do?
Buyer messages me once ''Hi, not recieved item'' .... i message the customer back and say ''Hi, thanks for the message, sorry to hear your order has not arrived, please check the tracking number xxxx the item show it was delivered friday at 9.10am''
I hear nothing back then 2 days later in my emails, we have granted an a to z claim, customer will be refunded and will count on my order defect rate.
I appeal it and say the tracking number shows it's been delivered! .. This morning i get an email saying they have decided to uphold there decision the claim still stands.
Can someone please tell me what else i could of done here!!??

Was there a signature with the delivery confirmation?
If there is no signature, amazon won't even entertain the A-Z appeal. While the A-Z policy doesn't explicitly state you need a signature, the way its been written, Seller Support are basically interpreting the policy that a signature is a requirement.

I have the same issue, items showing delivered and A-Z still being granted, I had one with Special next day delivery via royal mail still refused appeal. What a joke

I feel your pain, happens to us frequently. Unfortunately, Amazon always favours the buyer and has absoutly no respect for its sellers or tracking numbers even when it shows the order as being delivered. Unfortunately this policy encourages fraud and its us sellers that keeps taking the hit :-(
One thing that we have done is to add a spoilage increase on your selling price to cover this and other Amazon issues.

This is Amazon at it worst being anti competitive towered all third party retailers. As its not their money they seems to be educating the general public to encourage them to making A-Z claims.
Under the freedom of information act 2000 I would love to see the percentage of granted A-Z claims for Amazon own sales against Third party retail sellers. Can Amazon please post this on this forum ?

Customer has just won an A-Z Claim for NON DELIVERY then email us to say I wish to return the item but can't see where I can print a returns label off. Great work Seller Support

Take Amazon to court!
Request a signed declaration from the buyer stating that they did not receive it.

Getting really fed up with this now, yesterday i have an A to Z claim with no prior contact from buyer again, today i have an A to Z claim where customer claimed they not recieved item and said they messaged me but ive not messaged back, pure lies. And the A to Z granted in there favour when tracking shows delivered!! This whole system really needs looking at, putting pressure on me as a seller to keep my ODR under 1% when what else can i do?????!!!!!!! really p***ed off right now....

Can one of the mods please explain how this is fair?? One more A to Z claim and i'm over 1%, one of them is without prior contact to buyer, another has claimed item not recived yet tracking shows delivered and amz upheld there decision when i appealed, now another one where the buyer is stating not recieved when tracking shows it was, and is also lying stating i never replied back which i clearly did, what else can i do???? can someone please explain. Nothing but stress this is.
