Poor seller support, and need to speak to a human who understands English and can kidnly help?

Poor seller support, tried to open UK account and got a US one created by mistake, which does not let me open a UK account no matter what, due to glitch on seller central US. (Yes, I chose UK seller central when I signed up)

I log into Seller Central UK and in re-routes me every time to US Seller Central, I try to sign up for UK Seller Central it just loops back to US Seller Central, tried PC/Laptop different phone etc same issue.

Seller support tells me to contact Seller Support UK, can't contact them as I cannot log into Seller Central UK as I cannot open a UK account at all due to this looping glitch and cannot open UK from US account at all in the global listings tab.

US seller support told me to open a UK account with a new email address which has just caused issues, overall seller support is truly shocking, and I just want to open a UK account, cannot speak to a human, get AI response via email which just don't help at all.

Hopefully get a mod to contact me and help with the matter, as I have raised several cases on US Seller Central and they fall on deaf ears. Have sent screenshots/recorded the looping issue and they just do not take any action. Surely, they could contact the UK department as they most likely work in the same building and manually resolve this issue for me.

Have Googled the issue and others have had similar, honestly seller support is so shocking, Jeff Bezo's really would be ashamed if he cared or even seen how terrible it is...

Close that US (.com) account. Carefully save the confirmation email till the end of your days. Wait two weeks. Create an account on UK with another email address.
