Recent change to "Item not eligible for return"

Recently many of our items have been changed from eligible for return within 30 days" to "not eligible for return". We have made no policy changes and we allow any item to be returned for a variety of reasons. How can I make sure that all of my items are eligible for return?

Hello @Seller_hQpyqDtejVoAt

What type of products are you selling? Some items are deemed not returnable. Some examples are perfumes, food, some beauty and personal care products, and hazardous materials. You can learn more on the help page I have linked below.

If you use FBA -

Amazon makes certain things unable to be returned. Unfortunately, there is no option to turn on or off non-refundable status.

If you use FBM -

You can allow returns.

We do not sell any items that fall into the categories that would be considered non-returnable. Our items are mostly handmade wreaths and flower arrangements (silk). An example of one such item marked non returnable is ASIN B0CXMJ49DV. My suspicion is that since these items are customizable, they get the "no return" mark. However, the customizations we use (bow and monogram choice) are not permanent so the item could easily be returned if the CX wishes. Can we change the status to "Allow returns"? I think this is hampering sales quite a bit. Also, we do not use FBA for obvious reasons.

There is no functionality to allow the use of the value Allow returns.

You can offer or remove returnless resolutions for specific products in your inventory.

You will find instructions with how to steps at the link above.
