I understand you have identified a set of orders which have been cancelled by the buyer.

If you have concerns about potentially alarming behaviors or patterns in orders and the cancellations of those orders, I urge you to collect as much information as possible and submit that via the report abuse page. That information can be names, dates, addresses, ASINs, order IDs, and any other relevant supporting documents for the applicable team to investigate further. Do you know the competitor's information? How do you know it is a competitor?

With the review left on one of those orders, what was the specific feedback provided? Is this the same feedback being left by other customers outside of this isolated incident from the same buyer?
