Unable to login Amazon seller account

We are unable to login our Amazon seller account from last 4 days as it is asking for security code which receive on phone number but we are not receiving any code. Please suggest us what we need to do for login our account, also we didn't receive any email from Amazon.

Did you check this advice shared on the Help Page:

What do I do if I do not receive my Two-Step Verification code?

If this occurs, first clear your cache as this is usually a browser settings issue.

If this does not work, request a code on your backup method by clicking the Did not receive the code? link on the two-step verification page. This will list any backup methods you designated when you set up your account. You can also choose to have a voice call to your cell phone in case the SMS text did not arrive.

If you are having an issue receiving a code during registration, make sure that the phone number that you provided is correct. Make sure that the phone number includes a region code, and that your cell phone can receive SMS text messages. If you still do not receive a code from your backup methods, go to Two-Step Verification Account Recovery .

We also tried multiple times to do account recovery but for that after entering login password it is asking for security code usually security code is not required for account recovery
