Order returned by USPS as "undeliverable". Cannot contact customer
I received an item as RTS "undeliverable". I am initiating refund but would like to inform customer of the problem. The only email option is "offer courtesey/replacement". Is there another way to contact customer of the isssue?

You needed to send them a message about it BEFORE you started the refund. Once you refund it is way too late.
I send one that says something like "Your order was returned for an undeliverable address. PLEASE look ate your order details and confirm the address is correct so that you don't have other orders that you will never receive."
