Rank/Category/Browse Node went missing
Hello, I'm encountering an issue where if I put the keyword "drum" on my listing, the rank, category and browse node suddenly disappeared. I need this keyword to properly sell our products as it is a "drum replacement unit" for printers. Seller support says we have to remove that keyword in order to assign a browse node, how come and why? Anybody else experienced this? We really need this keyword to be included as it describes our product, and I don't think this is a restricted keyword as well. TIA.

I cannot fully explain to you what a product feed is but I suggest you look it up.
This happens to me often. I submit a full update product feed and wait 24 hours. This brings back my rank and I am able to include things such as keywords.
