I suspect that there may be an issue with the document upload system or that the requirements are not being clearly communicated.
To resolve this issue and avoid further delays, I kindly request the following:
Alternative Verification Method: I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to present the original physical documents in person at an Amazon office or a designated location. This would allow for immediate verification and expedite the process.
In-Person Appointment: Please advise on the availability of in-person appointments for document verification and the necessary procedures to schedule one.
I understand the importance of security and identity verification. However, the current document upload process is creating an unnecessary obstacle. I am confident that presenting the original documents in person will swiftly and efficiently resolve this matter.
