New Seller Account Deactivated
Hi. my account has been deactivated. Please i need someone to follow my case and help me to reactivate my account.
The reason was: Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated, and your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. Continue to ship open orders and respond to customer inquiries to avoid further impact on your account. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue in accordance with our "Funds Disbursement Eligibility Policy": https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/help.html?itemID=9RA9LYBJ3QP27M6 . Why did this happen? We need additional documentation to verify your identity and account ownership. For more information on our requirements, check section "P-4 Verification" of the "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement": https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/external/G1791 .
I submitted everything amazon asked me and still they dont reactivate my account. Please i need your help!!!!

You didn't get the fact that if you cannot provide valid and matching documents the last time you posted about this, then you will not get reactivated?

I believe you created a duplicate discussion after you posted the first thread here regarding the same topic.
Please only create one thread per question as it can create confusion and duplicate work for the Support Staff. Additionally creating multiple threads on the same topic could be seen as spam on the forums and go against forums guidelines.
I will be closing out this thread in order to avoid duplicative work.
