someone is trying to sell our product without brand authorization. we're a small seller with all trademarks and ownership of our brand, and do not give authorization or permission to anyone but ourselves to sell our product. is there an amazon admin that can help this? I've reported the issue but the bots on seller support are not recognizing the issue and responding with things that have nothing to do with our issue. any help would be much appreciated. thanks all

It's actually against Amazon policy for another seller to open up a new listing to sell an existing product on Amazon. The other seller is doing everything correct by listing on the correct existing listing.

You're going to have to do a test buy to find out if the other seller is selling a counterfeit item, or if it is indeed your item.

If you are brand registered and looking for the same protections that amazon offers to major brands that have provided a whitelist of who can sell their products good luck. We have yet to be able to talk to anyone that can get us registered for that program. Heck most of the reps we have talked to deny such a program exists even when we have all seen it in action.
