FBA Fees Based on Bulk Box Dimensions Instead of Individual Sellable Units
Hi all,
I'm dealing with FBA fees being calculated based on the bulk shipping box dimensions instead of the individual bottle size for three ASINs: B0FH8QYNCT, B0FH62GY13, B0FH44GK39.
Each bottle is approx. 2.25"x2.25"x4", 4 oz, but Amazon is applying fees based on a 20"x14"x12" box weighing ~30 lbs — which contains 50–150 units and is just for inbound shipping.
I’ve hit the remeasurement limit and my reimbursement request was denied, even though:
• We sell individual units, not the case pack
• I've provided product photos and listing screenshots
• Inventory exists but isn’t being measured correctly
Looking for help to:
• Get measurements based on individual sellable units
• Correct the FBA fee calculations
• Avoid this issue moving forward
Thanks in advance for any guidance!

@Seller_brIh6pSZlFzQw Hello there! After reviewing the three ASINs in question, it doesn't appear that there is any on hand inventory at the fulfillment centers based on the Manage Inventory screen. The fulfillment centers will not be able to re-measure the product without capturing the item dimensions through the receive process.
If you go into "Edit Listing" for these ASINs, it's worth noting that the "Item Package Dimensions" are set to 14" x 12" x 20" and 21 lbs. This help page on understanding item dimensions is extremely helpful! In the section for understanding item package dimensions, it states "To replicate potential machine measurements, take a single item package, with the item inside, as it would be received by a customer."
Feel free to update the dimensions in the "Edit Listing" section of each ASIN. If the dimensions are still incorrect after updating that section, please wait for the ASINs to have on hand inventory at the fulfillment center prior to submitting a remasurement request. At that time inventory becomes available, you can ask Seller Support to request a bin check at the fulfillment centers to confirm the dimensions. If you are still needing further assistance after these steps have been taken, reply back here with your Case ID, and I'd be happy to check in to see how I can assist!
