Amazon allows buyers to file A-Z claims and Keep the product!
Once again a buyer in Canada receives an item files an A-Z claim and is allowed by Amazon to keep the items and get a full refund.
They claim it arrived late when I proved tracking shows it arrived with 1 week to spare on the delivery! Amazon does not provide any phone numbers pertaining to A-Z claims only email response. That will tell you something. They stand by their decision.
I am going to stop any seller fullfilled orders on Amazon. The customer service for sellers is terrible, the sound quality when trying to speak to someone is even worse. You can never speak to anyone who can vaigly understand your issue and they never have the authority to get anything done. I contacted seller support 8 times about this with proof and nothing. The worst place for sellers.

Amazon selling is extremely customer friendly...and extremely unfriendly to sellers.
I, myself, try to construct my brand in such away that I expect returns from customers...even if they are fraudulent. I try to hit 3% in returns per month. If its much higher, I try to fix the problem.
For example, if you are a clothing seller and you are FBA, it might be wise to become FBM for the fourth quarter because Amazon has extremely customer friendly return policies for the holidays. People can return things for, basically, any reason. I have seen return percentages soar to 50% because of this.
