Removal Order not received

Hello,

I recently created a removal order for 7 small items. Amazon sent them in 6 separate packages via 2 different couriers across 3 different days.

I have only received 5 packages and the missing item says ''delivered to reception'' at a time when the property was locked and no body was there to receive the parcel.

I expect it was left outside in full view of anyone passing by.

I have raised the issue with seller support who are refusing to help in any way.

Does anyone have any similar experiences? Is there any chance of a reimbursement for the lost item?
