There is no buy box option of my all products
in my products list there is no buy box options show how can i update product template.

In your case it looks like your listing is not given a buybox as you are new seller and don’t have necessary metrics for winning the buybox. .
Getting a buybox or not depends on several factors including price, fulfillment type, shipping time, 24X7-customer service among several other metrics which amazon analyses.

I didn’t understand as to what is updating a product template, if you meant changing your listing details it can be done irrespective of holding the buybox or not.
