Storefront Hacked by Walmart Seller??
Hello, I believe a hacker has stolen all our IP and is selling our products and using our photos/text/copyright on Walmart... but then the order comes through my Amazon storefront for fulfillment.. I have no idea how this is happening on the back end and through Amazon.
We don't sell our brand/products on Walmart but a 3rd party Chinese reseller is- and then passing the orders through to us at different prices. The only way I discovered it was that the Customer reached out directly through our Shopify website because he received the wrong item and let me know he ordered through a weird seller on Walmart (and should have known better). He sent us a photo of the Amazon packing slip and how we shipped it direct to him. How does Amazon even allow this IP issue to happen? I think it's some type of hack/bot set on our account.
I've gone through Walmart to have the listings taken down but it's an Amazon issue for allowing these "fake" buyers to process orders. Has anyone else experienced this?

this happened to us. There used to be a few threads about the Walmart -Amazon triangulation scam but I cannot find them now.
There are several Chinese groups on Walmart that list Amazon products at a higher price. When Chinese scammer get an order on Walmart, they purchase the item from you on Amazon, addressed to the Walmart customer. You ship the item, Walmart customer gets item, Walmart pays Chinese scammer, Chinese scammer files A to Z refund on Amazon, Chinese scammer is refunded. If you did not use buy shipping (and now have AHT and SSA enabled) you will be the one paying the Chinese scammer. Chinese scammer touches zero products and gets paid, small American businesses are destroyed. Amazon doesn’t care because majority of the A to Z claims granted are paid for by the Amazon seller.
We submitted over 40 orders numbers, their A to Z claims, the Walmart stores, test orders to ourselves on Walmart-with correlating Amazon order from scammer and Amazon did nothing. We reported all of this to Walmart, they did nothing. In our case we were protected on all A to Z claims so Amazon was the losing party but most sellers aren’t that lucky.
There is not a fun answer to this question. We did place test orders from several of the Walmart groups and contacted them directly via Walmart with a nice message asking them to remove our products from their scam and got a response from one group. They did remove some listings but the others went unanswered. There is zero help from Amazon or Walmart so the best advice we can give is to use Amazon buy shipping, SSA and AHT and appeal any claims you lose.

Hello @Seller_YdUMRT7ZoUxQp,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would like to assist. I can assist with any Amazon investigation and/or potential policy violation, but I cannot advise on what to do about the listings on Walmart. I think you get that since reaching out to them already.
Have you compiled the information you have to opened a Seller Support case yet? If not, I recommend doing that and please include the relevant order ID's and whatever proof necessary to substantiate your claims. An investigation will begin and if you share that case ID with my, I can follow along and if needed escalate the case depending on the detail to the findings.
I am looking forward to assisting you with this.
Best, Dougal
