I am a new account. A verifirmation code was sent to me. But I did not receive any link to confirm the code on Amazon. I sent a message to Amazon support They say to take action. But I don’t have any action in my list. What should I do?

Contact Amazon support again and explain the issue. Ask them to resend the verification link or guide you step by step. Also, check your spam/junk folder for the email.

Cant access account without code, cant make changes without code - the fact is the SMS to receive the code itselt doesnt work and customer care will basically run around in circles saying you need the code without another option to retrieve access - its realy frustrating.

Its best to use an authenticator app since their SMS service to receive the code is unreliable and useless.
