Verification documents

Hi All,

We have recently changed our seller central account from individual to professional. Now we need to verify identity by submitting Utility bill. On our seller central account we have two names as beneficiary owner's me and my partner's name. My partner is primary contact on the account.

I have tried submitting Utility bill on my partner name and residential address but it keeps rejecting it. I have also tried submitting utility bill on my name and residential address and that to is rejected. Both our bills matches with details provided on seller central. I have tried opening case as well and i receive generic email about what documents to send and all.

Now question is do i have to submit only my partner utility bill which is on residential address or it should show business name and address. We have Virtual address for our company so we don't have any utility bill on company address.

Can someone guide who's documents needed to be sent and with what address on it business or residential.

Do you actually mean you've changed the ACCOUNT from individual to professional, as 'professiona'l is only the name of the selling PLAN you signed up for, at £30 a month.

As you say you have a virtual address for your company, are you based in UK ? If not then the utility bill address needs to be for your residential address in the name of the account holder.
