Not able to list my new product - Not accepting Application to Sell

Hi guys, I'm launching a supplement brand on Amazon. I created the listing and received the error message that says I need to "request for approval". I then tried to request for approval and I got the following message:

"We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other Human Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)"

I am a registered brand owner and am selling this product under my brand in New condition. I should be eligible to list and sell this product.

Amazon Seller Support has been unhelpful cause all they did was simply stating that they are not accepting applications to sell. I am really frustrating right now.

@Manny_Amazon are you able to assist me with this request, please?

Thanks for posting here. I've reviewed the details of this issue and have confirmed that you should no longer face any listing restriction on the ASIN you're trying to list, B0F47QLBJN, so you should be good to go.
