Not able to list my new product - Not accepting Application to Sell

Hi guys, I'm launching a supplement brand on Amazon. I created the listing and received the error message that says I need to "request for approval". I then tried to request for approval and I got the following message:

"We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other Human Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)"

I am a registered brand owner and am selling this product under my brand in New condition. I should be eligible to list and sell this product.

Amazon Seller Support has been unhelpful cause all they did was simply stating that they are not accepting applications to sell. I am really frustrating right now.
